Hotel a Warm Springs

“Not worth the price for me. I needed a place in the area to sleep for a few days that was quiet and clean. It was quiet (mainly due to so few guests I think) and clean. There isn't anything in the area that was available. I know this is my fault - it was a last minute emergency. I didn't need the pretty landscaping. 3 stars might be generous. “I needed a place to lay my head. Mainstream inn was clean and comfortable. As a solo female, I felt safe there. I’m not one to need very many amenities. I typically don’t go to the breakfasts. There is none here, so it’s not a big deal for me. If you’re looking for fancy amenities, move on. ”

“Rooms were not ready at check-in time. Lobby bathroom was gross with urine and feces. Our room had a strange odor. Understaffed restaurant at the resort. The cantina at the beach was unexpectedly closed. The main gate to the beach was closed causing a long drive to get lunch for our hungry children. The staff was friendly and the food was good when we finally got sat in the mostly empty dining room. The beds were comfortable. The scenery was nice. ”

“Nothing fancy. Good solid quiet bed for a solo traveler. I was in town for a golf tournament. Didn’t need any amenities. It’s in walking distance to 3 restaurants and a family dollar store. (A block or two) ”

“First of all Hamilton, Ga., is a charming small town central to some of the nicest attractions in Georgia, i.e., Providence Canyon State Park (a MUST see), Warm Springs and the Little White House, Callaway Gardens, etc. From Don's greeting at the door upon arrival to looking forward to seeing Judy and Rosemary at breakfast our week long stay at Holly House was outstanding. We love staying at B&Bs when on vacation and this was as good as it gets. The variety at breakfast was excellent and...

“If you are into throwbacks with some upgraded amenities then this place is for you. It sits in a beautiful little town and you can imagine how it was at the turn of the century. We can’t say enough about this place from the price to the bed. Best mattress we have ever stayed on. We will be returning at some point and look forward to it until we do. Highly recommend.”

“The place was clean, the staff were helpful, the amenities nice and as described. Our ac wasn't draining properly, so the room was extremely humid (windows so fogged you couldn't see out, despite outdoor highs in the low 70s) and made an alarming creaking sound every 45 minutes or so. The sheets were nice and the bed and pillows very comfortable.”

“The room was clean, but had problems. The door knob on the bathroom door was loose and barely hanging on. Both faucets were so hard to turn on, I could not do it. The outside door was also hard to enter. The breakfast provided consisted of coffee, orange juice, mini muffins and bananas. That was all. I will never stay at that hotel again.”

“The staff were very nice and professional. No problems there. The hotel as a whole is a little run down. Exercise room leaves A LOT to be desired. Tread mill didn’t work and the elliptical trainer is about to fall apart — it’s in terrible shape. The room was adequate. Bathroom is very dark, hard to put makeup on. And no exhaust fan. The AC worked great. Love a cool room to sleep in. Bed was comfortable.”

“Everything was excellent except for maintenance issues in the room: 1) no stopper for the bathtub, 2) missing hook to hang clothing on bathroom door, 3) vanity light switch that didn't work, and 4) burnt-out bulb in bedside lamp.”
